Polyurethane soles
Light, flexible and resistant: these are the main characteristics of polyurethane, a very versatile polymer that is a mixture of two main components that initially form a liquid, isocyanates and polyols (polyether polyols or polyester polyols).

Rubber soles
A material made from elastomers that is highly elastic and deforms visibly when subjected to even relatively small force but quickly returns to its original shape as soon as the force is removed. Rubber soles are particularly suitable for casual, fashion and highly technical footwear such as safety and hiking boots.

Rubber/polyurethane soles
A product in rubber/polyurethane combines the characteristics of polyurethane for the midsole and those of rubber for the tread, making the footwear lighter, more comfortable and resistant to abrasion. This kind of sole is used for hiking and safety boots, and combines technical and style requirements.

Blends
Elaboration, analysis and production of “tailor-made” blends
The elastomers used to produce components for different industrial sectors have very varied compositions. During the compounding stage, a “recipe” is devised for each component to be produced, with dosage of the different additives during the process. Eurosuole S.p.A. can elaborate, analyse and produce “tailor-made” blends for all its clients' needs, guaranteeing conformity with the strictest requisites. A series of standard checks (rheometric curve, hardness, colour, abrasion, density, rebound resilience, and tear strength) guarantee product quality.
Our three production lines, comprising a 140-litre closed mixing machine with variable-speed intermeshing rotors and two closed mixing machines with tangential rotors with a capacity of 165 and 80 litres, are supported by an automatic additive dosing system to ensure maximum accuracy, speed and traceability throughout the rubber division.

The WELLFEET brand indicates an extremely light, non-slip material that makes it possible to produce thick soles with excellent chemical-physical characteristics in terms of resistance to low temperatures and hydrolysis. A material we have studied and successfully introduced to the fashion sector. “The walking pleasure” is the claim for this brand, which communicates the effect of its soft plantar massage.

The GLE (Gomma Leggera Eurosuole - Eurosuole light rubber) brand is “the new dimension of lightness”, namely a vulcanised foam rubber material that guarantees dimensional stability and greater lightness than traditional rubber soles, with no compromise in characteristics. A product that therefore has all the same characteristics as rubber but a lighter weight thanks to its density, ranging from 0.60-0.90 gr/cm3.
