The high quality of our products is by no means hinders our quality standards: high quality and ‘Made in Italy’ remain our absolute priorities. We play plenty of attention to questions regarding our carbon footprint and eco-sustainability, aware of the possible consequences of our business on the environment and on the generations of today and tomorrow.
This is why our products not only respect the environment but also all CE safety standards. Our company is TUV ISO 14001 certified.

Our Company
Our history
“Every success starts with a dream to pursue.” Eurosuole S.p.A. was founded in 1976 in Civitanova Marche, in the province of Macerata, in the heart of the footwear district in the Marche region, thanks to the intuition and determination of Commendatore Germano Ercoli, sole administrator and still today at the head of the company. Eurosuole S.p.A. is a European leader in the production and marketing of rubber and polyurethane soles for footwear in sectors ranging from luxury to sport, technical to safety, casual to military.
Always a step ahead, in its respect for people, the environment and the past with the aim of always doing more, better and before everyone else. Constant research into quality, diversified production and continual technological evolution have enabled our company to achieve the excellent results that today represent an established business. Being an innovative technological company with a forward-looking vision is part of the DNA of Eurosuole S.p.A.
At the beginning of 2020, our company adopted an organisational, management and control model (Model 231) and a Code of Ethics.
Installation of hi-tech automated injection presses and preforming machines that increased the production capacity of the rubber division.
Our Company’s fortieth anniversary.
Start of a new project with the aim of sustainable, eco-friendly development of soles.
Eurosuole is one of the founding members of the Associazione Cluster Marche Manufacturing which collaborates to monitor and study the needs of manufacturing production in an automated, efficient, “intelligent factory”, person-centric and with a low environmental impact.
Launch of the new European project, SmartPif.
Eurosuole takes part in the first European Des-Mold project that aims to optimize the design process for injection moulds.
Eurosuole is co-founder of the business network “Rete Calzature italiana” (Italian Footwear Network) for the co-creation of niche products for the market and innovation of production processes.
Eurosuole is one of eight companies recognised by ASUR, Inail and Confindustria as a safe workplace.
Eurosuole studies new products such as biodensity soles, TPU and its combinations.
Foundation of the permanent L.I.T. work group (Laboratorio di Innovazione Tecnologica – Technological Innovation Lab).
Good practices. Eurosuole obtains ISO 14001 certification for its total abandonment of organohalogen solvents at every stage of production.
Eurosuole designs and sets up a division for moulding products in polyurethane.
Sustainability. Eurosuole totally abandons the use of organohalogen solvents for the washing stage.
Research into the best technologies with low environmental impact, leading to the implementation of a new process for washing soles in water.
Specialisation of rubber soles for sports articles that meet the requisites of famous brands such as Nike, Lotto, Puma, Adidas, Ellesse, Diadora, and Reebok.
The first product in PU rubber, developed to request for Diadora.
Start-up of rubber sole production.
Start-up of polyurethane sole production, in particular for sandals.

ISO 14001 certification
Eurosuole S.p.A has been certified ISO 14001 since 2004. An environmental management system made up of policies, processes, plans, practices and registrations that serve as guidelines for the company’s interaction with the environment. Our business model in fact aims to supply clients with products having high quality standards, made responsibly in Italy.
Cribis Prime Company certification
Eurosuole S.p.A. has received CRIBIS Prime Company certification for maximum commercial reliability, recognition that represents a guarantee for all those companies that have chosen Eurosuole S.p.A as their partner. CRIBIS Prime Company certification denotes the maximum level of reliability from a point of view of commercial relationships and financial solidity, and it is only issued to companies that maintain constant levels of high economic-commercial reliability and are efficient in supplier payments.

Eurosuole S.p.A. has adopted an “Organisation, Management and Control Model” as per Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 and a code of ethics. Honesty, reliability and transparency are our company’s primary values, the aim being to apply and guarantee high standards in terms of ethics in whatever we do. The company chose to adopt an Organisational Model because we want to make clear our commitment to our values and principles and make them an integral part of every relationship, inside and outside the company.
Code of ethics
Company ethics and integrity are the main principles guiding everything we do and fundamental levers for all future activity. Eurosuole S.p.A. has its own code of ethics in order to identify and spread the principles and criteria of the behaviour that must be followed by our administrators, employees and anyone working to achieve set goals.

Eurosuole S.p.A. has always been involved in promoting its local area and sporting associations and is proud to be the sponsor of Lube Volley, which plays in the top Italian men's volleyball series.
As sponsor, Eurosuole S.p.A has given its name to the Forum sports arena in Civitanova Marche, which was built in 2014 and has a seated spectator capacity of up to four thousand.
