Polyurethane soles

Check out the characteristics
of polyurethane

A material that can meet any requirement

Lightness, flexibility and resistance are the main characteristics of polyurethane, a foam that can be expanded to different levels depending on the chemical reaction between the two main components: isocyanates and polyols. The combination of these two components during the dosing and mixing stage leads to a chemical reaction that develops heat

and forms polyurethane foam, a solid, compact, thermosetting material with a cell structure that meets all the requirements of the footwear manufacturing industry: from slippers to sandals, shoes for sport and leisure and even work.

Dual density polyurethane soles

Greater comfort, grip and durability

Soles in dual density polyurethane have a top layer in softer more flexible foam under the foot for greater comfort and a more compact bottom layer that forms the tread to guarantee grip and durability. The characteristics of dual density mean that it meets both technical and style requirements.
