The Eurosuole system of governance aims primarily to create value inside our company to meet our stakeholders’ expectations. Our business model is that typical of joint-stock companies with a sole administrator, a board of shareholders and a board of auditors that also has the function of legal auditors.
Top management is made up of the sole administrator, who makes all the most important strategic, economic, environmental and social decisions. Below this figure and at the head of our divisions we have three managers, competent and motivated in their work, who respect the company’s mission and values.
